摘要
核电站数字化仪控系统分为安全级系统与非安全级系统,两套系统都分别承担核电站的神经中枢作用,是独立、隔离的,甚至是不同厂家的产品,两者之间通讯设计显得尤为重要。本文针对CPR1000项目与ACPR1000项目系统设计,调试及使用过程经验反馈,进行分析与总结研究,提出优化及改进方案,并在CPR1000与ACPR1000项目实施与验证,进一步提高安全级与非安全级网关通讯可靠性,为核电机组稳定运行奠定基础。
The digital instrument control system of nuclear power station is divided into two categories, the safety class system and the non-safety class system. Both of the two systems play an important role and the communication between them is rather important due to the fact that they are independent and isolated,and even from different manufacturers. This paper proposed an optimization and improvement scheme during system design,debugging, feedbacks and analysis in CPR1000 and ACPR1000 project. The proposal is also implemented and verified in CPR1000 and ACPR1000 project. Results show that the communication reliability of the safety class system and non-safety class system are improved.
