摘要
本文针对目前发电集团集中监控系统与大数据技术应用中存在的数据孤岛、分析和诊断不够准确有效、分析和诊断的结果与发电生产管理脱节、不能快速适应电力市场的变化等问题,提出以系统协同方法改进集团级的集中监控与分析诊断系统,在发电集团内纵向、横向和时间轴上融合贯通分析系统与管理功能,遵循迭代开发原则,改进分布于各系统中的数据完备性,确保数据的传输及时,对分析诊断系统中的功能进行融合,形成分析有效、管控统一的整体解决方案。本文将先进的大数据技术与传统发电产业相结合,改善发电产业生产管理模式,减少设备故障,提高运行效率,输出设备与系统的在线健康度报告,实现机组全生命周期管理,贯通燃料从采购到燃烧的全过程,快速响应电网与售电需求,降低生产成本,提高发电企业运营管理水平。
In order to solve the problem that the data isolated island,analysis and state diagnosis are not accurate and effective,the results of analysis and state diagnosis are disjointed with the power generation management and can not quickly adapt to the change of the electricity market,this paper proposes a system synergy method to improve the power group level.In the power group,it integrates the analysis system and management function in the vertical,horizontal and time axis of the power generation group.It follows the principle of iterative development,improves the data completeness in each system,ensures the timely transmission of the data,and integrates the functions in the analysis and state diagnosis system to form the analysis effective,a unified overall solution for management and control.This paper combines the advanced Big data technology with the traditional power generation industry to improve the production management mode of power generation industry,reduces equipments failure,improves operation efficiency,reports on the online prognostic and health management(PHM)of the output equipments and systems,realizes the whole life cycle management of the units,and quickly responds to the power grid and demand for electricity sales,the whole process of fuel from the purchase to the burning,reducing production cost and improving operation management level of power generation enterprises.
