摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Li_(3.4)Si_(0.4)V_(0.6)O_4-xLi_2O(x=0.00~0.50)复合物。并应用DTA,XRD,SEM及AC阻抗技术等对该系列复合物进行了表征。结果表明:第二相Li2O以非晶态的形式存在于产物中,与基质相比,第二相的加入使烧结体的烧结温度降低,致密度增加,离子电导率增大。
The Li3.4Si0.4V0.6O4-xLi 2O (x = 0.00 - 0.50) composites were synthesized by sol-gel method, and characterized by means of DTA, XRD, SEM and ac impedance techniques. The experimental results show that 0:0 exists at grain boundaries as a glassy phase, which acts as a binder to accelerate the sintering process and to get a density pellet. The crystal grains, grain boundaries and bulk conductivities increase with 1 - 2 orders of magnitude. A maximum bulk conductivity was about 1.2 × 10-5S · cm-1 for Li3.4Si 0.4V0.6O44 -0.4Li2O composite at room temperature.
