摘要
介绍了国内外电子节气门智能控制研究现状,设计电子节气门总体结构,建立了电子节气门数学模型,设计三种控制模式仿真模块,仿真实验结果表明,普通PID控制结构简单,但超调量大,滑模变结构控制动态跟随性好,超调量小,但动态响应平稳性较差,模糊自适应PID控制具有良好的动态响应性能和变速平稳性能,能够使电子节气门达到较好的控制效果。
The status of intelligent electronic throttle control study in domestic and abroad is introduced in this paper.The structure of the electronic throttle is analyzed,the mathematical model of the electronic throttle is established,three simulation modules of the control mode are designed and the simulation experiment is conducted.This paper shows that the structure of normal PID control is simple but the overshoot is large; sliding mode variable structure control with small amount of overshoot has good dynamic following performance but poor stability of dynamic reponse; the fuzzy adaptive PID control with good dynamic response performance and stable speed performance makes the electronic throttle control achieve a good effect.
