摘要
凝结水精处理实现自动化的目的是实现整个水处理系统的安全可靠的运行,确保优质的出水水质或达到规定的标准,提高管理人员的劳动生产率、降低能源与物料消耗。针对采用前置过滤器+高速混床法的工艺流程,提出自动控制设计方案,主要包括现场仪表的设计选型及配置、控制系统的设计等,并给出了自动控制功能的要求。将凝结水精处理的自动化设计应用于天津北塘发电厂,取得了良好的应用效果,提高了现场工作人员的工作效率。
This purpose of condensate water polishing treatment automation is for the safe and reliable operation of entire water treatment system,and to ensure the exit water quality or reach the prescribed standard.Moreover it enhances the labor productivity of managerial staff and reduces energy and material consumption.Aiming at the technological process of prepositive filter and high-speed mix-bed,automatic control design scheme is put forward.It mainly includes selection and configuration of field instruments,design of control system,and the automatic control requirements is proposed.The automation design and application of wastewater treatment plant in the Tianjing Beitang power plant,obtains a good application effect,improves working efficiency of Engineering staff.
