摘要
高速电机测试台电磁环境恶劣,频率采样所得数据中噪声很大,通常需要进行滤波处理才能满足现实应用中的技术指标要求。另一方面,常用的递归滤波算法在缓慢变化过程滤波效果非常好且对模型无要求,但在调速过程中的滤波效果非常差。针对上述问题,本文采用非线性函数改进时域递归滤波算法并将改进后的滤波算法应用到高速电机测试台频率采样中。仿真及实验结果表明该滤波方法能有效去除频率采样数据中的噪声,提高稳态精度。
The electromagnetism environment of the high-speed motor test system is rather poor and the resulting frequencysampled data is usually corrupted by large noise.The data is thus required to be filtered to satisfy the technical indicator.The widely used filtering algorithm has no requirement for the model.It also performs well when the system dynamic changes slowly.However,when applied to the speed adjust process,it works rather badly.With the considerations mentioned above,this paper modifies the original recursive filtering algorithm with a nonlinear function.The modified algorithm is then applied to the frequency sampling of high-speed motor test system.Simulation shows that the modified algorithm can successfully get rid of the noise in the frequency-sampled data and improve the steady accuracy of the system.
