Research on Interior Design Method Based on Virtual Reality Technology

虚拟现实技术是指计算机模拟系统,它可以给用户一种完全身临其境的感觉。在本文中,提出了一个基于虚拟现实技术的新型室内设计框架。所提出的室内设计框架的工作流程包括三个步骤:硬装饰设计,软装饰设计及视觉设计。硬装饰的设计就像绘画的色彩或影院的背景,软装饰的目的是创造家居的品味和角色。在此基础上提出一种基于Web技术的虚拟现实设计。具体包括3D建模,3D显示及交互式实现。最后,通过室内装饰效果图的一些例子来证明所提的室内设计方法的有效性。

As is well known that virtual reality technology refers to a computer simulation system, which can give users a full immersive feeling. In this paper, a novel interior design framework is proposed based on virtual reality technology. The work flow of the proposed interior design framework includes three steps: hard decoration design, soft decoration design and visual design. Particularly, the hard decoration design is just like the painting color or a background in theater, on the other hand, the soft decoration aims to create a home furnishing taste and role. The main idea of this paper is to present a virtual reality design based on Web technology. Our proposed virtual reality design method consists of three parts: 3 D modeling, 3 D display and interactive implementation. Finally, some examples of interior decoration effect drawings are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed interior design method.
