摘要
在选煤厂内,振动弧形筛常用于煤泥水中粗颗粒(0.4mm左右)的预先脱水,筛面的低振幅导致筛缝容易被卡阻并堵塞,影响煤泥水脱水效果,造成产品质量异常。顺和选煤厂通过前期人工振打筛面的方法 ,得知了大振幅振打筛面可以明显消除筛缝堵塞的情况。为此以现场的高压风源为动力,以长冲程气缸为传动部件,以橡胶棒为作用点,依托自动化控制技术,设计制作并现场应用了筛面自动振打装置。实践表明,该装置运行可靠、结构合理、效果稳定、力度恰当,有效改善了煤泥水的脱水效果、提高现场人员工作效率和促进了现场操作安全,对各选煤厂振动筛的脱水工艺环节具有良好的借鉴和参考价值。
In the coal preparation plant, vibration sieve is often used for coarse slime water(about 0.4 mm) pre dehydration, low amplitude screen surface is easy to block, affects the coal slurry dewatering effect, resulting in abnormal product quality.By the early artificial Shunhe coal preparation plant vibration sieve method, the large amplitude vibration sieve surface can significantly eliminate screen jams. This site is powered by high pressure air, with long stroke cylinder for transmission parts, with a rubber rod as the acting point, relying on the automatic control technology, designs and applies the screen surface automatic rapping device. Practice shows that the system is reliable, reasonable structure, stable effect and strength properly, effectively improves the dewatering effect of coal slurry, improves work efficiency and promotes the on-site personnel on-site operation safety, has a good reference value for the dehydration process of link of the vibrating screen in coal preparation plant.
