文章设计开发了一种基于西门子S7-200PLC和西门子触摸屏的电镀车间生产线自动控制系统。PLC作为下位机,实现对电镀生产过程的自动或手动两种控制模式,触摸屏作为上位机,用WinCCflxible进行组态设计,实现对PLC运行系统的实时监控、用户管理、趋势归档、故障报警等功能。这种基于PLC和触摸屏的电镀生产线监控系统的设计,实现了人机交互,操作简单直观,维护方便,系统运行平稳,行车定位精确,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率,实现了电镀智能化生产。

This paper designs and develops an automatic control system for electroplating workshop production line based on Siemens s7-200 PLC and Siemens touch screen.PLC as lower machine,realizes the electroplating process of two automatic or manual control mode,the touch screen as a PC,uses WinCC flxible for configuration design,and implements real-time monitoring of PLC operation system,user management,trends,archiving,fault alarm,etc.The plating production line monitoring system based on PLC and touch screen design,realizes the man-machine interaction,easy operation,easy maintenance,system running smoothly,vehicle positioning precision,reduces the worker labor intensity,improves the production efficiency,to achieve the intelligent electroplating production.
