压电效应发电的摇摆椅设计及节能效益分析

摘要 针对全世界长久以来一直关注的节能减排问题,利用3D设计软件SOLIDWORKS,设计了一款利用压电效应原理发电的多功能摇摆椅,主要组成部分有:压电材料、集成电路板、蓄电池、显示屏、USB供电设备等,椅子下部分的弧度还留有一个凹槽,可扣上便携轮,便于移动。设计主要是通过椅子的摇摆结构摇摆时,挤压具有压电效应的发电材料进行发电,发的电通过蓄电池储存备用,还可以供低功耗负载使用,需要用电时可通过USB接口供电。同时对作品的节能效益和特点进行了分析,具有较好的节能减排效果。 Aiming at the issue of energy conservation and emission reduction have long been concerned in the world,this paer designs a multi-function swing chair utilizing the piezoelectric effect principle to generate electricity by using the 3 D design software SOLIDWORKS,the main components include:piezoelectric material,integrated circuit board,battery,screen,USB power supply equipment,etc.The lower part of the chair also has a groove in the curvature,which can be buckled on the portable wheel for easy movement.The design is mainly through the swing structure of the chair swing,squeezes the piezoelectric effect of the power generation material for power generation,the electricity is stored in a battery and can be used for lowpower load,power can be supplied by USB interface when electricity is needed.At the same time,the energy efficiency and characteristics of the works are analyzed,and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is better.
