传统的电网信息化项目评审多以线下组织专家到指定会场进行线下打分评审,此种方式在专家组织、评审材料准备和评审结果记录等方面存在不同程度的问题,使专家无法直观、形象地了解评审项目的信息,从而造成评审成果的不尽人意。基于此,提出了将远程评审平台应用到电网信息化项目评审中的方案,介绍了电网信息化项目评审的业务背景,分析了远程评审平台的技术要点,实现了电网信息化项目重点因素自动提取和成果可视化的远程在线评审方法。
