摘要 该文设计了一种基于GPRS和Profibus-DP的换热站智能监控系统,针对换热站二次网供水温度的时变性和非线性问题,构造了由模糊控制器和遗传算法PID控制器组成的二级控制器,并通过Simulink仿真平台加以验证。同时为了实现本地监控站能够对各种运行参数进行实时监控,并且向远程监控中心有选择性地上传这些参数,选用Win CC监控软件、GPRS无线数据通信模块CP1242-7和GPRS通信管理软件SINAUT MICRO SC来实现各主要运行参数的本地实时监控和无线远程监控。实际运行效果表明,该设计增强了控制系统的智能化程度,并且换热站智能远程监控系统能够减轻工作人员的工作强度,提高了经济和社会效益。 We designed a intelligent control system of heat exchange station based on GPRS and Profibus-DP.We constructed a secondary controller consisting of fuzzy controller and genetic algorithm PID controller to deal with the time-varying and nonlinear problems of the water temperature of secondary network and verify by Simulink simulation platform. Meanwhile,in order to achieve local monitoring station can monitor various operating parameters in real time and upload these parameters to the remote monitoring center selectively,we chose Win CC,CP1242-7 and SINAUT MICRO SC to achieve local real-time monitoring and the wireless remote monitoring of the main operating parameters.Actual operating results show that the design enhances the intelligent control systems,and the intelligent remote monitoring system of heat-exchanger station can reduce the intensity of staff,it also can improve the economic and social benefits.
