摘要
在三坐标测量机中,基于CAD模型的测量点分布规划是实现自动测量的基础。针对传统的测量点分布不均匀、呈静态性等不足而导致测量成本高、测量效率低的问题,在实现CAD数据交换接口和模型元素特征识别的基础上研究了表面测量点的分布规划。CAD数据接口以IGES文件为数据交换格式,实现模型导入、转换和三维重绘;模型元素特征识别通过边界表示法对体、面、环和线元素进行识别和存储;研究了表面测量点分布对一般平面、圆柱圆锥面和自由曲面的测量点的动态分布规划。通过实例验证了测量点分布规划的可行性和有效性。
The distribution planning of measurement point based on the CAD model is the basis for realizing automatic measurement in the Coordinate Measuring Machine. Due to the problems of high measurement cost and low measurement efficiency caused by the disadvantage of traditional measurement points distribution,such as uneven and static distribution,this paper studies the distribution of surface measurement points based on the interface of CAD data exchanging and the feature recognition of model element. The interface of CAD data exchanging uses IGES file as the format of data exchanging to realize model import,transformation and 3 D redrawing;The feature recognition of model element identifies and stores body,surface,ring and line elements by Boundary Representation;The dynamic distribution of surface measurement points research planning for general plane,cylindrical and conical surfaces and free-form surfaces. The feasibility and effectiveness of the distribution planning of measurement point are verified by an example.
