摘要
针对煤层气水平井双向往复式钻井过程中需要增大钻孔直径、增大卸压范围、改善通透性等特点,该文在采用直线电机驱动的水平井多级钻孔系统并基于直线电机传递函数模型的基础上,设计了一种在线校正的模型预测控制方法,以克服水平井钻井过程中参数的变化和各种干扰对系统的影响,提高煤层气解吸速率和效率。仿真结果表明,与传统PID控制效果相比,该方法具有响应速度快、超调小、鲁棒性强等特点,当噪声或异常值出现时,验证了算法的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the characteristics during the coal seam gas horizontal wells reciprocated drilling process such as increase the diameter of the borehole,increase the pressure relief range and improve permeability,in the horizontal wells drilling system driven by a linear motor,based on a linear motor transfer function model,a model predictive control(MPC) method for online adjustment is proposed,so as to overcome the effects of parameter variations in horizontal wells reciprocated drilling process and various kinds of interference to system. Simulation results show that the control method performs quciker responsitive,a smaller overshoot and better robustness than the traditional PID control method.The robustness of the technique was illustrated when noise or outliers were occurred.
