摘要
根据《中国制造2025》战略引导与五菱汽车工业信息化推进思路,通过具体的试点项目,总结并实践出适合五菱汽车工业自身的生产信息化系统建设方案。探索过程主要分为先期广泛调研同行业落地较为成功的生产信息化建设项目,定位笔者所负责的生产区域面临的运营挑战与痛点,软件平台的技术选型,选用典型业务单元试点实施。探索方法主要以观察法与个案研究法为主。经过为期2年多的探索,最终基本达到了探索目的。
According to the'the‘Made in China 2025’plan'strategy to promote and guide Wuling Automotive Information technology ideas,through the specific pilot projects,summarize and implement the Wuling automobile industry for its own production information system construction plan.The exploration process is mainly divided into the production and information construction projects that have been successfully researched in the same industry in the early stage.The operational challenges and pain points faced by the author in the production area are also located.The technical selection of the software platform is chosen using pilot implementation of typical business units.The exploration method is mainly based on observation method and case study method.After more than two years of exploration,it finally reached the goal of exploration.
