大学生创业意愿与创业教育:来自北京市调查的实证研究

摘要 伴随高考扩招,大学生创业成为实现就业的有效通道,因而也受到政府和社会各界的密切关注。本文研究发现创业欲望、风险偏好和组织能力显著影响大学生创业意愿;创业教育通过不同的方面,即专业机构设置、教材选择、对课程内容的了解程度、考核方式、与专业知识的联系、接受教育的时间影响学生的创业素质,进而影响学生的创业意愿。
