摘要 语言国际传播是政府治理公共事务,维护国家利益的重要内容和手段,也是全球化时代一国践行国际道义的重要方式和路径。政府是推动语言国际传播的重要主体和支撑力量。梳理各国政府推动语言传播的历史发现,各国政府基本坚持了传播战略上的明确性和一致性,传播策略上的适应性与相对灵活性,传播范围上国际传播与国内传播的内外联动性,同时顺应国际形势变化和时代发展需求,在传播基础、传播理念和传播方式上进行不断调整。 The international communication of language is the important content and means for the government to manage the public affairs and to safeguard the national interests. It is also the important way to practice the international morality in the era of globalization. The government is also an important part of promoting the international communication of language and the supporting force. sortting out the reference materials about the language spread polices of different countries and governments, we will find, governments adhere to the basic spread strategic clarity and consistency, communication strategy of adaptability and flexibility, the spreading scope international communication and the spread of the linkage between inside and outside. At the same time, governments continuous adjustment in the spread foundation, the dissemination of ideas and modes of transmission, adapting to the changes in the international situation and the development needs of the times.
