信息技术融入课堂的教师教学转型发展研究 被引量:29

摘要 技术革新推动的传统课堂教学变革已成为传统教师面临的巨大挑战,教师使用信息技术开展教学转型的意愿和态度是影响其在教学中技术使用情况及效果的重要原因,通过提供更多真实具体的传统教师教学转型发展过程与成功案例改变教师观念和技术应用意愿,显得尤为重要。该文以某中学特级教师的生物课为例,通过对其技术融入课堂的教学视频进行分析,研究传统课堂的专家型教师在技术融入课堂中存在的教学行为特征及存在的一些典型问题,并剖析其教学转型发展的过程。研究发现:在信息技术融入的课堂中,传统专家型教师会经历保守期、适应期、突变期、熟练期四个基本的教学转型发展阶段,并且整体在教师角色转换、技术使用程度、合作活动设计等方面面临一定的挑战。基于以上结果,该文从加强教师对新型教学理论的学习、开展基于实践的教研和合作教研、教师发展与教研重点关注攻克的方向等角度对传统教师在信息技术环境下课堂教学能力的提升提出了建议。 The transformation of traditional classroom teaching promoted by technological innovation has become a huge challenge for traditional teachers. The willingness and attitude of teachers to use information technology to carry out teaching transformation are important facts that affect the technology usage in their teaching practice, so providing more real and specific cases of traditional teachers’ successful teaching transformation and development process to change other teacher’s concept and willingness of technology application is particularly important. Taking an expert teacher’s biology class in a high school as example,through the observation of teacher’s teaching behavior and its practical reflection, the researchers conducted an empirical study on the characteristics and problems of the expert teacher’s teaching in the integration of technology into class, and also analyzed the teachers’ teaching transformation and development process. The study found that traditional expert teachers will experience four basic stages of teaching transformation in the integration of technology into class, including conservative period, adaptive period, salutatory period and proficient period, while they are faced with some obstacles in these periods generally, such as the transformation of teacher roles, the deepening of technology use, and the design of cooperative activities. Based on the above results, this paper put forward some suggestions on the development and improvement of teachers’ teaching ability in the information technology environment, from the perspectives of strengthening the new teaching theory, carrying out the practice based teaching and cooperative research focusing on key issues.
