网络学习空间下混合式学习共同体活动机制构建

Construction of Activity Mechanism of Hybrid Learning Community in Network Learning Space

随着网络学习空间的不断完善与发展,关注与学习共同体的活动特征相适应的网络学习空间下的混合式活动机制,对学校教学具有重要的现实意义。文章基于混合式教学的理念,从学习共同体的构成要素出发,兼顾个性化自主学习和合作学习,以真实情景、契约、共同目标、学习者、助学者和意义协商等核心要素为支撑,集成个人空间功能、机构空间功能和公共应用服务功能,构建融合网络学习空间与物理学习空间的混合式学习共同体活动机制。S大学'学习科学与技术'课程实践结果表明:混合式学习共同体中的个体更容易融入群体,并在协商会话与活动参与中实现个体的身份认同,从而推动成员之间的相互认知与共同发展,促进学习者高级知识建构,实现深度学习。

Learning community is a new form of learning organization,which exists in many small classes.With the continuous improvement and development of the network learning space,it is of great practical significance to study the mixed activity mechanism in the network learning space which is suitable for the activity characteristics of the learning community.Based on the concept of hybrid teaching,starting from the constituent elements of learning community,individual autonomous learning and cooperative learning,with real situation,contract,common goals,learners,and help scholars and meaning negotiation core elements for support,integrated personal space,institutional space application and public service functions,build a converged network learning space and physical space mechanism of hybrid learning community activities.The practice results of the course learning science and technology of S university show that individuals in the blended learning community are more likely to integrate into the group,realize individual identity through negotiation conversation and activity participation,promote mutual cognition and common development of members,promote advanced knowledge construction of learners,and realize deep learning.
