摘要
2015年底,东盟正式宣布建成东盟共同体,这标志着东盟经济跨入共同体时代。2015年11月,东盟出台了《2025年东盟经济共同体蓝图》,为未来十年东盟经济共同体建设制定了远景规划,并提出了东盟经济共同体十年建设的五大支柱。东盟经济共同体的未来发展,将对东盟在世界经济和区域合作中的地位与作用产生重要的影响。随着东盟经济共同体的建设和'一带一路'倡议的实施,东盟经济共同体与'一带一路'倡议可逐步实现战略对接,并将取得优势互补和合作共赢的经济效应。
At the end of 2015,the Association of Southeast Asian Nations( ASEAN) officially announced the founding of the ASEAN Community,which marks that the ASEAN economy has entered the era of being a community. In November 2015,ASEAN launched the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint2025,putting forward five pillars for the 10-year construction project of the ASEAN Economic Community( AEC). The AEC’s future development will have important influence on the role of ASEAN in the world economy and regional integration. With the construction of ASEAN Economic Community and the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,these two development strategies will gradually form synergy,and achieve economic effect of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.
