摘要
在世界人口最多的亚洲及太平洋区域,确保粮食、食品安全与营养及农虫可持续发展,不仅对本地区各成员国至关重要,同时也对维护全球粮食安全发挥着关键性的作用。在此背景下,2017年11月21—23日,'亚太地区粮食及食品安全'国际研讨会在法属波利尼西亚大学举行。会议围绕着粮食及食品安全的概念、亚太粮食及食品安全面临的问题,以及如何加强治理与合作展开了深入研讨。本次会议不仅为亚太地区各国加强粮食安全合作提供了重要的交流平台,也为中国进一步推进国内粮食及食品安全治理带来了理念和政策的启示。
Since Asia Pacific is the most populous,ensuring crops and food security and nutrition as well as agricultural sustainable development is not only essential for the Asia Pacific member countries but also serve as the key to maintain global food security.Against this backdrop,the International Symposium on Food and Crops Security in Asia Pacific Region was held in the University of French Polynesia on 21-23 November 2017.Focusing on the concepts of and challenges faced by crops and food security,the symposium holds an in-depth discussion on how to strengthen governance and cooperation.This meeting not only provides an important communication platform for countries in the Asia Pacific region to strengthen food security cooperation,but also inspires China to further promote domestic crops and food security in terms of theory and policy.
