为进一步扩大银行业对外开放,推进简政放权工作,持续优化审批流程,提高外资银行在华营商便利度,银监会对《中国银监会外资银行行政许可事项实施办法》进行了修订,形成了《中国银监会关于修改<中国银监会外资银行行政许可事项实施办法>的决定(征求意见稿)》,现向社会公开征求意见。
