摘要
通过对功能表面进行抽象 ,提出功能元符号的概念 ,通过连接元符号实现零件上各个功能元符号的连通及零件结构关键几何特征的表达。讨论了概念零件的符号表示、运算、构造和编辑方法 ,实现了概念设计阶段产品功能的可视化编辑。以阀体零件为例 ,介绍了零件的符号造型过程。
By abstracting of function surfaces,the concept of function meta symbol is presented,link meta symbols connect the function meta symbols in the part and express key geometrical characteristics of the part structure.The symbol expressing,operating,constituting and editing methods of conceptual parts are discussed,visually editing of product functions during conceptual design is realized.Taking the valve body as an example,the part symbolic modeling process is introduced.A new part modeling method to support the designer early in the design process is developed.
