摘要
2004年10月,科技部会同14个部委启动《中国射频识别(RFID)技术政策白皮书》编写工作,编写专家组经过12稿修改,于2005年12月形成征求意见稿,在向相关部委征求意见后,最终完成了《中国射频识别(RFID)技术政策白皮书》编制。2006年6月9日,科技部组织召开《中国射频识别(RFID)技术政策白皮书》新闻发布会,倍受瞩目的《中国射频识别(RFID)技术政策白皮书》正式以国家技术产业政策的形式对外公布。
Promulgation of White Paper on Policy of China’s Radio Frequency Identification signals that industry of China’s automatic identification, in particular that of RFID has entered into a new stage. Relevant industry policies, technology R&D, application promotion are considered to be a three-horse driving wagon, and different voices from all walks of lives draw the outline of current China’s RFID and its development. Building up a fundamental service system of application of RFID for self-support, providing a series of services of authentication, registration, encoding management, mapping of multi-encoding scheme, encoding resolution, index and scouting, safeguarding efficiency and safety of the whole system, above-mentioned symbolizes that development of RFID’s application in China has entered into the new stage.
