With promulgation of the document of guidelines on deepening reform of cultural system by the state council, widespread of retail-chain mode, establishment of logistic centers, implementation of information standards of publication, overall and strict demands have been raised for public ation and establishment c ir c ulation informationalization.Technology of bar code effectively tackles the bottleneck of digital collection during theapplication of computers and realizes information’s rapid, concise requirement and transmission. Two-dimensional bar code depending on its huge capacity and high density is now being used by all walks of lives and becomes important information resources. This theme would like to introduce different technologies of two-dimensional bar codes and aim to provide specific references for publication in the near future. At the same time, Xinhua Bookstore of Zhejiang Province and logistic team of informationalization Liaoning Provincial North Publication Distribution Center Ltd are invited to introduce details of the process of high-efficient management for circulation and distribution and probe into resolutions of logistic management of publication.
