摘要
采用脉冲激光光屏法对飞行粒子进行测量 ,可以确定粒子在飞行过程中的尺寸、分布、几何形状等参数 ,并能分析出粒子的雾化过程 ,对分析电弧喷涂过程有一定的理论意义。实验结果表明 ,采用脉冲激光光屏法观测铝丝材高速电弧喷涂时的飞行粒子是行之有效的方法 ,它能有效消除环境的干扰、揭示粒子场的状态、突出粒子信息 ,影像清晰 ,通过对图像分析 ,可得到高温、高速飞行的粒子在不同阶段的尺寸、形态、分布情况的信息 ,以便对高速电弧喷涂过程进行控制 。
In this paper, a pulse laser sheet is used to observe the particles in-flight, the sizes and their distribution can be determined by the method. It is of importance on the arc spraying procedure. The experimental results show that the images are distinct to observe the particles in-flight in aluminum wires arc spraying. The disturbed signals are effectively eliminated, the images of particles in-flight are clear. From the images, we can get the information about the particles in-flight,e.g. sizes and their distribution, shape,distribution in space and so on. According to the results, we can adjust the parameters in arc spraying procedure to obtain high properties arc spraying coating.
