摘要
感觉统合疗法是自闭症谱系障碍儿童干预的传统且常用的方法。近年来,研究者对感觉统合的有效性莫衷一是。而在美国大行其道的循证实践更是认为感觉统合有效性的证据不足,加剧了争议。本研究对感觉统合疗法和循证实践的关系进行了理性分析,并提出应客观看待二者争议。
The sensory integration therapy(SIT)is a traditional and commonly used method for children with autism spectrum disorders.In recent years,researchers have not reached a consensus on the effectiveness of sensory integration.In the United States,evidence-based practice shows that the evidence for the effectiveness of sensory integration is inadequate,and this has exacerbated the controversy.This study makes a rational analysis of the relationship between the SIT and evidencebased practice,and suggests an objective consideration of the controversy.
