Ramesses II,the pharaoh of the 19 th Dynasty in Ancient Egypt,married a princess of Hittite in his 34 th regnal year. Then this Egyptian pharaoh established connection with royal household of Hittite. Egypt built a firm alliance with Hittite by this marriage,and laid a foundation for the second marriage between the two countries.
