摘要
本文从对无固定期限劳动合同的定义入手,对合同订立、解除、用人单位的应对措施等几个方面做了分析。以使用人单位和劳动者了解无固定期限劳动合同是引导建立较稳定长期的劳动关系,保证劳动者和用人单位双赢的劳动合同形式。
This paper anlyses several aspects such as the contract's cancellation,unit of choose and employ persons measures from the definition of the open-ended employment contract.
