教务管理工作是高等教育管理系统中的重要组成部分,是正确执行教学计划,实现培养目标的重要保证。本文主要从教务工作的基本原则及其内容方面对教务管理工作进行阐述,同时作者也提出了自己对教务工作的几点认识。
