现代经济理论认为,知识投资较比其他生产要素投入会产出更高收益率,它能极大地促进生产方式、流通方式、服务方式的改善,从而对整个社会经济发展起到关键性作用。本文就知识经济时代员工需求特点出发,分析在人才管理中应该注意的问题。
