人力资源管理如何应对金融危机

摘要 金融危机威胁着中国企业,人力资源是企业间竞争的核心资源,企业人力资源管理成本控制尤显重要,但操作不当会雪上加霜,严重的会造成群体性事件,产生严重后果。我国人力资源管理应该注意的问题主要有:讲清形势、树立信心、稳定大局;为适时调整企业战略提供支持、储备人才;优化整合企业流程,降低人力资源管理成本;加强员工激励与培训,提升工作绩效。 The financial crisis threatens China enterprises.And the human resource is the core of competition among enterprises.The control of the cost in the enterprise human resources management is particularly important.But if it is operated wrong,it will cause worse.If it is more serious,it will causes mass disturbances and serious consequences.The mainly problems which our country's human resource management should pay attention to are:first,the clear speaking,the confidence and the stable situation;second,supporting and reserving the talented persons to adjust the enterprise strategic;third,optimizing the integration enterprise process and reducing the cost of the human resource management;finally,strengthening employees' motivation and training and improving their performance.
