摘要
锅炉烟管因腐蚀造成渗漏,腐蚀产物由Fe3O4、α相中的Fe2O3以及Ca、Fe离子化合物组成。在腐蚀表面层的红褐色产物是各种形态的氧化铁(如Fe2O3等)以及Ca、Fe离子化合物并以铁垢形式存在;腐蚀产物中的黑色粉末为Fe3O4。根据腐蚀原理并结合锅炉运行状况对该锅炉烟管腐蚀特征、机理、原因进行分析,可以认定该锅炉烟管腐蚀为电化学腐蚀,腐蚀的形式为局部腐蚀,腐蚀类型为氧腐蚀及沉积物下碱腐蚀。
The boiler tube leakage is due to the corrosion,corrosion products are com pounded by Fe2O3 and Ca,Fe ion in the Fe3O4 and αphare.According to the principle of corrosion and combining with the boiler situation,the paper anlyses the mechanism,characteristics,causes of the boiler tube corrosion.We can identify that the boiler tube corrosion is the electrochemical corrosion,and the form of the corrosion is the local corrosion and the corrosion type is the oxygen corrosion and alkali corrosion under the sediments.
