摘要
住宅作为人类生活中的重要场所,在其建设与使用过程中,不可避免地需要消耗大量的能源和资源,并且随着我国经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,住宅能耗占我国能源总消费量的比例逐年上升。文章从规划、施工、技术、材料等方面阐述了节能住宅建设存在的问题,提出了一些解决的措施。
As the important human life places,the residence inevitably need to consume large amounts of energy and resources in its construction and use process.This paper expounds the material energy problems existing in the construction of residential from the planning,construction and technology,and puts forward some solving measures.
