At a press conference on December 29,2014,Wang Jinzhen,general representative for the China Pavilion at World Expo 2015&vice president of CCPIT said,"This is the first time that China will open a national pavilion at an overseas expo.During Milan Expo 2015,the China Pavilion will hold hundreds of activities and act as a platform for further promoting cooperation between China and Italy in a variety of fields such as agriculture,travel,culture,and finance."
