As the world economy develops rapidly and urbanization is undergoing deep growth,the city diseases caused by the cluster effect of the cities are becoming increasingly clear.How to treat the city disease through new technologies like IOT(internet of things),cloud computing and 4G and build smart city with Chinese characteristics through the exploration of unique city development model will be key concerned issues for the public.
