煤炭对环境的影响研究

Study of Impact of Coal Industry on Environment

本文论述了我国煤炭开采、加工、运输和利用造成的严重环境污染,并对燃煤发电排污造成的经济损失进行了初步粗略估算,将此经济损失计入燃煤发电成本,与可再生能源发电的成本进行了比较。另外,本文还就国家政策对煤炭生产和消费产生的影响,以及未来2010年和2020年我国煤炭生产和消费的趋势做了预测,并对改进我国能源政策,加快洁净煤技术的应用,减少燃煤污染物的排放,促进可再生能源的开发和利用,提出了政策性建议。

The authors discuss the grave impact of coal mining, coal proces sing, coal transportation and coal utilization on the environment and estimate r oughly the economic losses caused by coal-fired power generation which are cons idered and added to the cost of coal-fired power generation and then compared w ith the costs of renewable energy-fired power generation. Additionally, the inf luences on coal production and consumption by the state government policy and th e trend of coal production and consumption in 2010 and 2020 in China are analyze d and predicted, and political suggestions are put forward on perfecting our cou ntry’s policy, accelerating clean coal technology application, reducing the coa l-fired emissions, and speeding up renewable energy development and utilization .
