摘要
随着数字化技术的推进,人类逐步走入了工业大数据时代。首先讨论了工业大数据的背景与意义。用DIKW体系理论分析从数据到智能的逻辑关系,认为大数据是走向智能社会的基础。接着阐述了工业大数据的概念,认为工业大数据区别于以往的本质优势,体现在获取知识和信息的能力上。工业大数据不同于商业大数据,需要体现工业的特点。工业大数据技术结合企业的实际应用,并与智能化建设共同推进。研究了工业大数据在推进业务流程优化和模式创新时的应用模式,以便与智能化工作深度结合,并充分发挥工业大数据的优势。最后指出,提升企业的管理水平是推进工业大数据应用的重点方向之一。在我国,这方面的价值潜力巨大,但前提是企业家必须有推动企业转型升级的意愿和决心。
With the advancement of digital technology, human beings have gradually entered the era of industrial big data.Firstly, the background and significance of industrial big data are discussed. The logical relationship between data and intelligence is analyzed with DIKW system theory;it is believed that big data is the foundation of moving towards smart society. Then the concept of industrial big data is elaborated;it is believed that industrial big data is different from the previous essential advantages, which are embodied in the ability to acquire knowledge and information. Big data of industry is different from big data of commerce;it needs to embody the characteristics of industry. The application of industrial big data technology, combined with the reality of the enterprise, and promoted together with intelligent construction.The application mode of industrial big data in promoting business process optimization and mode innovation are studied, in order to deeply integrate with intelligent work, and to give full play to the advantages of industrial big data. Finally, it is pointed out that improving the management level of enterprises is one of the key directions to promote the application of industrial big data. In China, the potential value of this aspect is huge, but the premise is that entrepreneurs must have the will and determination to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
