摘要 随着社会经济的迅速发展,现代物流与仓储的重要性日益凸显。仓库内环境参数变化是影响物资保管的重要因素。但是,传统的仓储环境监控系统一般采用台式机作为监控终端,只能在特定的地点对仓库内环境进行控制且系统功耗非常高,使得监控系统的应用范围和灵活性大大受限。为解决传统仓储环境监测系统灵活性差、功耗高的问题,设计了一种基于窄带物联网(NB-IoT)技术的低功耗仓储环境远程监控系统。以STM32L476作为微控制器、BC95作为无线通信单元,对仓储环境监控系统进行了软、硬件设计,使该系统具备实时采集和存储多传感器节点信息(如温度、湿度、烟雾浓度等)、无线传感器网络对数据分组转发、智能终端实时显示和远程控制,提高了监控系统的应用范围和灵活性。经过现场测试和试验,该系统具有功耗低、性能稳定、灵活性强的特点,可实现对仓储环境参数的实时监测与控制,能够较好地满足应用需求。同时,基于NB-IoT技术构建的无线环境监测系统对于智慧农业和智慧家庭的环境监测具有参考意义。 With the rapid development of social economy,the importance of modern logistics and storage has become increasingly prominent.Changes in environmental parameters in the warehouse are important factors affecting the preservation of materials.However,the traditional warehousing environment monitoring system generally uses a desktop computer as a monitoring terminal,the environment in the warehouse can only be controlled at a specific location and the system consumes very high power;so that the application range and flexibility of the monitoring system are greatly limited.In order to solve the problem of poor flexibility and high power consumption of traditional warehouse environment monitoring system,a low-power remote monitoring system based on narrow band-internet of things(NB-IoT) technology is designed.With STM32 L476 as the microcontroller and BC95 as the RF communication unit,the software and hardware design of the warehouse environment monitoring system is implemented.The system has the functions of real-time acquisition and storage of multi-sensor node information(such as temperature,humidity,smoke concentration,etc.),data packet forwarding by wireless sensor networks,real-time display of intelligent terminals and remote control,which improves the application scope and flexibility of the monitoring system.The field test and experiment prove that the system features low power consumption,stable performance and strong flexibility,which can realize real-time monitoring and control of warehouse environment parameters and meet the application requirements better.At the same time,the wireless environment monitoring system based on NB-IoT technology has good reference for the environmental monitoring of smart agriculture and smart home.
