摘要
艾滋病的临床症状多种多样,一般初期的开始症状像流感,伤风、发热、食欲减退、体重减轻,随着病情的加重,全身疲劳无力症状日渐增多,如黏膜、皮肤出现白色念球菌感染,带状疱疹、单纯疱疹、血疱、血肿、紫斑、滞血斑,皮肤容易损伤,伤后出血不止;以后渐渐侵犯内脏器官,不断出现原因不明的持续性发热,可长达3~4个月;还可出现肝脾肿大、持续性腹泻、便血,并发呼吸困难、气短、咳嗽、恶性肿瘤等。在我国艾滋病疫情在逐年增加,扩展领域逐年加大,尤其是在农村地区,其形势严峻,感染人数众多。本文针对我国农村地区艾滋病问题,结合艾滋病的病理特点,对其进行分析并提出预防措施和对策,进而降低农村地区艾滋病的感染率,减轻艾滋病对人们的危害,提高人们的生活质量和生活水平。

The HIV/AIDS epidemic in our country increased, expand cooper-ation areas gradually increased, especially for those living in the countryside, the situation was grim, the number of in-fections was large. In view of AIDS in rural China, combined with the characteristic of AIDS cases, to analyze and pro-pose preventive measures and countermeasures and thereby reducing HIV infection rates in rural areas and the dangers of HIV/AIDS on people and improve their quality of life and standard of living.
