摘要
目的探讨稳定期COPD患者肺康复治疗的临床效果。方法将60例COPD患者随机分为康复治疗组和对照组,均给予基础药物治疗,康复治疗组进一步给予6 min步行训练和缩唇呼吸,治疗16周。结果治疗后康复组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、6MWD、SGRQ均较对照组改善。结论肺康复治疗能使稳定期COPD患者活动耐量提高,改善其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with stable COPD.Methods Sixty patients with COPD were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group. They were given basic medical treatment, and the rehabilitation group was given 6-minute walk training and shrink-lip breathing for 16 weeks. Results After treatment, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, 6MWD, SGRQ of the rehabilitation group improved more than those of the control group. Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation can improve the exercise tolerance and the life quality of patients with stable COPD.
