优质护理联合系统性功能训练在股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术中的实施效果评价 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨优质护理联合系统性功能训练在股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术中的实施效果。方法将80例行全髋关节置换术的股骨头坏死患者分为对照组(n=38)与观察组(n=42)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理联合系统性功能训练。比较两组护理干预前后髋关节功能Harris评分、生存质量评分。结果观察组干预后Harris评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后SF-12量表各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理联合系统性功能训练在股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术中效果显著,患者髋关节功能改善明显。 Objective To investigate the effect of quality care combined with systematic training in osteonecrosis total hip arthroplasty in the implementation of the results. Methods Eighty patients with osteonecrosis routine total hip arthroplasty were divided into two groups, the control group(n=38) and the observation group(n=42). Control group with conventional methods of care, observation group was treated with quality of care and joint systemic functional training. The Harris hip score, quality of life scores were compared before and after nursing interventions. Results Harris hip function scores of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); the SF-12 scale scores of observation group were significantly higher the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of care combined with systemic functional training in osteonecrosis whole hip arthroplasty in implementing have significant effect in patients with hip function improved significantly.
