摘要
220kV电容式电压互感器(CVT)作为关口电能计量装置的重要组成部分之一,其准确度直接涉及到巨大的经济利益,因而必须进行周检。本文提出并成功研制了一种新型的现场计量检定专用平台,其将升压系统、校验装置及控制部分设计为一个整体,避免了传统计量检定系统现场二次搭建带来的麻烦,提高了工作效率。针对CVT的电容性效应而造成的所需试验电源容量庞大,现场难以满足的难题,本平台的升压系统采用并联补偿电感升压法,从而减小了电源及试验设备容量。该专用平台已成功运用于电力系统中的220kVCVT的现场检定应用中。
220kV CVT ,which directly influences the economic benefits, is one important part of the gateway electrical energy metering devices, so it must be scened weekly.In order to avoid building the calibration platform again and improving working effi-ciency, this paper proposed and successfully developed a new type of on-site calibration platform, which designs the boost system, transformer calibrator and control section as a whole. Because of the effect of CVT capacity ,the capacity of power supply is too big to find in the on-site calibration .One method of reactive power compensation which shunts inductor is used in the boost system of this platform.This method reduces the capacity of power and test equipment. The platform has been successfully applied in 220 kV CVT on-site calibration.
