基于PLC和组态软件的感应炉冶炼温度软测量系统设计

摘要 介绍了感应炉冶炼温度软测量技术原理,系统采用软测量方式,通过感温线圈冷却水人口和出口的温度差来推测感应炉内金属液体的温度,采用PID算法保持冷却水流量稳定。采用PLC设计感应炉冶炼温度软测量系统的硬件电路,编写感应炉冶炼温度软测量系统程序,上位机监控程序采用Kingview组态软件编写。仿真实验证明了系统的有效性。 This paper introduces the principle of induction furnace smelting temperature soft measurement technology. The sys-tem uses the soft measuring method, to speculate the metal liquid temperature of induction furnace by measuring temperature differ-ence of cooling water entrance and exit in the temperature sensing coil, and uses the PID algorithm to keep the cooling water flow stability. For the soft measurement system of induction furnace smelting temperature, the hardware circuit is designed and Programs are written using PLC, and the PC monitoring program are written using Kingview configuration software. the effectiveness of the system was proved after simulation.
