摘要 针对2.4米风洞安全联锁系统设备老化、功能缺失、信息显示不直观、故障报警不完善的现状,对安全联锁系统进行了重新研制。该系统以GE PLC为平台、配置传感器监测设备状态信息、开发基于LabVIEW软件和OPC协议的安全联锁监控显示软件,并通过触摸屏实现油源系统的远程控制。经风洞运行验证,该系统性能稳定、联锁功能全面、信息显示直观、可及时预报相应设备故障,极大地提高了风洞运行的安全性与可靠性。 To solve the problems of the 2.4m wind tunnel safety interlocking system, such as equipment aging, system malfunc-tion, abnormal or lack of monitoring information, a new safety interlocking system was developed. The new system was constructed with the GE PLC as platform, and some kinds of sensors and transducers to collect equipment status information. A new monitoring display program which communicate with hardware through OPC protocol has been designed with LabVIEW. In the new safety in-terlocking system, the hydraulic oil system can be remotely controlled through touch screen. The practical application shows that the new system has the following characteristics :high stability, complete function, clear display, fault diagnosis an forecast. The new system effectively improved the safety and reliability level of 2.4m Wind Tunnel.
