摘要
对水泥回转窑实时监控系统进行了研究。其主要实现窑内温度检测、烧成带温度的自动控制。窑内温度检测是通过工业CCD获得窑内热成像图,利用辐射测温原理进行相关处理运算,得到烧成带的熟料温度和火焰温度。火焰温度的自动控制是通过设计控制器达到对喷煤量的自动调节,整个控制系统灵活方便,具有很大的实用性,大大提高了水泥生产的自动化水平。
The real-time monitoring system of the cement rotary kiln is investigated here. Temperature measure-ment in the kiln and burning area are automatically controlled.The temperature in the kiln is acquired by thermal imaging from in-dustrial CCD with related calculation. The control of flame temperature is realized through the design of controlling coal injec-tion rate.The whole system is flexible and of significant use in practice,which dramatically improve the automation level of ce-ment production.
