摘要
为了能够对回填段注浆的液面进行连续监测,自行设计了一种双量程超声波液位计,兼顾了量程和盲区要求,配合软件的自动量程切换显示实现了几乎无盲区的全量程测量。文章介绍了超声波液位计的现场应用情况,经过数据分析,认为本技术能够较为准确地实现回填高度的连续测量,取得了较为理想的数据,将超声波液位计的盲区的影响降到了最低。
To measure height continuously in the backfill area,The two-range ultrasonic liquid lever instruments is designed. The range and blind area are considered at the same time.The almost whole range mearment without blind area is realized with the show of the auto range switch of the software.The paper describes the use of the ultrasonic liquid lever instrument in the actual scene.After the data is analysed, the results indicate that the height-measurement continuously can be realized exactly with this technology and the data is gained satisfactorily.The influence of the blind area of the ultrasonic liquid lever instrument is mostly reduced.
