摘要
集中器是低压集中抄表系统中的关键设备,下行信道通过低压电力线载波方式自动抄收并存储电表数据,完成电表、集中器和主站系统的主动注册。为了提高集中器下行抄表的互操作性和效率,本文遵循DLMS/COSEM通信标准,提出根据任务优先级管理的集中抄表机制,分析集中器下行抄表过程中事件处理功能、固件升级任务、15min曲线数据抄读及优化策略,经实践证明,该设计方案不仅节省抄表时间,提高抄表效率,还可提高集中抄表系统的可维护性。
Concentrator is the key device in the low voltage concentrated meter reading system. The downlink channel has many functions including automatic registration of PLC meters, concentrator, and the main station system and reading meter data by the way of low voltage power line carrier. To improve interoperability and efficiency of concentrated downlink meter reading system, this paper proposes a centralized meter reading mechanism based on the task priority management according to DLMS/COSEM communication standard. The event management functions, the firmware update tasks, 15 mins curve data reading and its optimizing strategy in the process of concentrated downlink meter reading are analyzed. Practice shows that the design proposal can save meter reading time, and increase meter reading efficiency. Furthermore it can improve maintainability of centralized meter reading system.
