摘要
水泥回转窑的控制需要采集回转窑控制系统的动态信号,对采集信息进行分析处理。针对国内水泥回转窑的研究现状,论文为干法水泥回转窑开发了一套基于模糊理论的控制方法。研究结果表明模糊控制理论在处理诸如具有时变、分布参数和非线性特性的水泥回转窑热工过程控制是有效的,有广泛的推广价值。
Dynamic signal control of cement rotary kiln need to be collected in rotary kiln control system, and analyze the information collected. In this paper, in view of the present situation of our country for cement rotary kiln, cement rotary kiln to design a set of fuzzy feasible control method based on the fuzzy mathematics theory. Facts show that the cement rotary kiln process of the fuzzy control theory, distributed parameter in processing such as time and nonlinear control is effective, it is worth popularizing.
