摘要
针对数控双面镗组合机床的应用需求,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)系统的设计方案。该方案通过对主要结构和运动形式的探究以及对机床的工作过程和控制要求分析,采用PLC控制系统的设计方法,进行了软硬件设计,列出了PLC的I/O地址分配表,绘制了PLC的I/O分配图和单循环自动工作流程图,编写PLC控制程序的梯形图和指令表,以欧姆龙CP1H系列PLC作为组合机床的主控制器,实现一个全新的自动控制系统,大大提高了系统的自动化程度和实用性。
According to the application requirements of NC double-sided boring modular machine, put forward a kind of based on programmable logic controller(PLC) system design. The scheme based on the main structure and motion forms of inquiry and the working process and the control of the machine tool requirements analysis, using the design method of PLC control system, the hardware and the software design, lists the PLC I/O address allocation table, rendering the I/O distribution in figure PLC and single cycle automatic work flow chart, the preparation of PLC control program ladder diagram and instruction list, based on OMRON CP1 H series PLC as the main controller combined machine tool, the realization of a new automatic control system, the system has greatly enhanced the degree of automation and practicability.
